During this private interactive session, we discuss each item in the Business Associate Agreement and discuss in detail the ones which are relevant and important to your organization.
You will gain the knowledge necessary to determine how the HITECH Act and/or the 2013 Omnibus rule impacts your existing BAA's and what changes are required as a result of the regulation changes to ensure the agreement is valid.
